Lockheed Martin held a flag raising ceremony to indicate that the company has officially begun contracting from the location. Three flags – national, state and company – were raised at the campus on State Road 405 and Grissom Parkway in Titusville.
Our stage, pictured inside the VAB, was set up for Northrop Grumman to announce they will be using the VAB to build and prep its OmegA launch vehicle, a new rocket the company is building to transport intermediate and heavy payloads to orbit.
